Junior Telemarketer

Enko Education is embarking on an ambitious campaign to recruit students for the 2024 academic year in one of our schools in Botswana. As part of this effort, we are searching for a dedicated Junior Telemarketer to help us reach and inspire potential students across the African continent.

By executing and managing telemarketing efforts aimed specifically at students, parents, and partners, the Junior Telemarketer will play a pivotal role in Enko Education enrolment goals.

Reporting to the head of Marketing, you will assist in crafting and executing telemarketing strategies tailored for student recruitment. This is not just a role; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of an innovative movement, shaping the future of international schools in Africa

Missions of the role:

- Support Enko Education's growth through effective telemarketing activities for Enko Botho in Botswana.
- Make outbound calls to potential students and their parents, providing information and addressing queries.
- Document all calls and responses in our CRM system for analysis and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the central office to ensure campaign guidelines are followed and ambitious targets are achieved.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed and improve campaign execution.

- Establish Enko Education as a recognized leader in quality primary and secondary education on the continent.
- Transform our website and social media platforms into primary sources for generating leads for our schools.
- Attract and retain top talent, making Enko Education the employer of choice for teachers and employees across Africa.
- Ideally, must be of Botswana nationality
- Fluent in Tswana and English.
- Must have lived in Botswana to understand local nuances and cultural aspects.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
