**Responsibilities**:

- Outlining the scope of projects, including determining the start and delivery dates.
- Producing tender schedules based on estimates.
- Creating and defining project goals and objectives.
- Creating “What IF” Scenarios for annalistic purposes.
- Analyzing each phase of projects to determine budgets.
- Tracking project costs and ensuring implementation stays within predicted estimates.
- Estimating the project timeline and making sure teams adhere to delivery dates.
- Managing the human and capital resources of a project to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensuring the project has adequate resources to complete each task on schedule.
- Identifying and evaluating risks that can derail project delivery and providing solutions to mitigate or prevent them.
- Providing reports on deviations from the original project plan that can lead to serious delays and budget overruns.
- Preparing and presenting internal and external project reports to management and clients.
- Providing comprehensive project data to teams to help them work more effectively.
- Identifying and communicating changes in the project plan to management and clients.
- Collaborating with teams, management and clients on short and long-term plans for resource allocation and work scheduling.
- Assisting the project manager to improve performance and efficiency.
- Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling processes.

**Experience**:

- Some previous experience of leading technical workstreams or managing projects with a large technical component, at least 5 years
- Undergraduate degree advantageous
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and very strong skills in Excel, P6, Projects and CCS Candy
- Project Management experience required
- ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to consult with management

**Salary**: Market related
