**Job description**:
The Conversion Administrator is responsible for accurate and timeous capturing of conversion business and underwriting data received from brokers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Capturing of conversion business and underwriting data and amendment/activities
- Conducting full quality checks on conversion policies loaded
- Generating policy schedules
- Assisting with ad hoc requests
- Attending to and resolving queries
**Skill sets required**:
- Matric
- NQF Level 4 - Full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulation
- Regulatory Examination Level1 successfully completed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- A minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in personal and commercial lines within the insurance industry
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data capturing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated
- Quality orientated
- Good administrative and organising skills
