**Requirements**:

- Experience in similar role in Lodges or Resorts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have a wholesome understanding of all housekeeping procedures
- Hard physical worker and sound mental health
- Efficient time management and ability to work under pressure
- Great communication and people skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Have excellent time keeping skills to ensure tasks are completed swiftly and efficiently
- Understanding all policies and procedures and adhering to them at all times
- Understanding and adhering to all Health and Safety regulations
- Ensure management of the Laundry department is smooth and efficient
- Ensure the proper procedures are used when preparing and dealing with linen
- Managing the linen stock room and ensuring its kept neat and tidy at all times
- Dispensing all chemicals and keeping inventory up to date and fully stocked
- Making sure the Linen store is kept clean and tidy and dispensing all linen needed to staff
- Ensuring all laundry equipment is in excellent working order
- All linen and stock counts and orders
