**Description**:
Optimise automation equipment capacity with aim to maintain quality of production
Monitor and analyse volumes and throughputs vs. capacity of automation equipment
Ensure automation moulds changing times are limited
Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of the team
General communication, reporting and job card management
Minimise downtime of equipment & machines and handle daily maintenance schedules
Oversee staff selection, performance and training and multis-killing
Manage injuries on duty, and issues of Health and Safety
**Qualifications**:
Grade 12
Boiler maker / millwright / fitter and turner / electrician
Relevant experience in agriculture/citrus/pack-house will be an advantage
Must have valid driving license - own transportation will be an advantage
Proven MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Strong administrative capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving capabilities
Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail
Adaptable and decisive
Able to handle sensitive or confidential information
Fault finding and repairs/solutions
Have a passion for fruit production
Be willing to travel frequently and to relocate
Be willing to work long hours
