We are assisting our client, a leading body and trailer manufacturer, in finding a dynamic Sales Executive to join their sales team. This role offers a blend of in-person and remote work, providing the opportunity for flexibility and autonomy. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for someone passionate about sales, who possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Utilize CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
