Para Planner

RPO Recruitment is currently helping its clients in the search for a detail-oriented and analytical Para Planner to join a financial planning company located in Rondebosch. As a Para Planner, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to provide support in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for clients. Your strong knowledge of financial concepts and regulations, as well as your excellent communication and organizational skills, will be critical to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial plans and proposals for clients under the guidance of Financial Advisors
- Conduct research and analysis on investment options, insurance products, and other financial instruments
- Assist in determining suitable financial strategies based on client needs and goals
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate financial information to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure smooth implementation of financial plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new financial products
- Provide ongoing support to Financial Advisors in servicing and maintaining client relationships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a para-planning or financial planning role
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, investment principles, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
