**SHOWROOM MANAGER**

**INTRODUCTION**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Showroom Manager, with a leading supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper and homeware for both local and international markets. The position is based in Umhlanga, KZN

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or Interior Décor / Design (advantageous)
- Minimum +5 years sales experience in a retail or Interior décor environment
- Minimum 5 years people management experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Builds constructive customer relationships and maintains the image and effective operations of the showroom in order to maximise the sales of fabric and homeware to achieve sales budget.
- Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Maintain showroom operations and image
- Management of showroom and staff and maintaining employee motivation and performance
- Build productive relationships with customers and industry
- Support sales consultants
- Team focus
- Strong interest in the décor field
- Outgoing, dynamic and driven
- Highly motivated, loyal and committed
- Strong leadership skills
