**TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE ABOVE VACANCY THAT EXISTS WITHIN THE SUPPLY CHAIN DIVISION BASED IN GAUTENG.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL REPORT TO THE TEAM LEADER, TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:

- Be the expert in the field with direct customer interaction (also covering ECPH)
- Customer product claim handling
- Be the link to other teams in the field (e.g. Sales, Quality, Supply Chain)
- Follow the HSE principles for field engineering

**PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Educate and transfer technical competence. Follow the HSE principles and lead by example.
- Drive claim reporting to management.
- Manage the PDC / BI Process (Field data collection).
- Composing and issuing of reject letters and reclaim/reinspection answers.

**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- 3 years experience in Automotive or Tire industry.
- Direct customer facing/communication
- Tire/vehicle knowledge
- Product Manufacturing
- IT software skills: MS Office, SAP
- Language skills: fluent and written in local plus at least English

**EDUCATION**:

- Matric Certificate, (Bachelor (3 years) or Technician diploma advantageous).
