- Reports to Maintenance Manager- Purpose of Job:
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities- Administration of SAP Plant Maintenance module- Administration of Maintenance Systems - REWO Management, Spare Parts Management, CMMS, KPI Tracking, etc.- Record-keeping in Maintenance Department- Assist with maintenance work preparations to improve work efficiencies- Assist with purchasing of spare parts-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric- N4 - N6 in Electrical or Mechanical is preferred- Qualified artisan - advantageous- Experience in a manufacturing environment - maintenance or production- Maintenance Planning experience - advantageous- Experience in spares handling for engineering department - advantageous- Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS systems - advantageous- Technical Skills/Attributes:
- Knowledge of SHERQ systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.- Proficiency in general administrative tasks (data capture, filing, etc.).- Technical abilities to root cause complex engineering plant breakdowns.- Analytical thinker with the ability to think globally.- The individual has to be a team player and be able to lead people if need be.-
- Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS systems will be an added advantage.- Basic Project Management.- Communication skills - verbal and written.- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings**What Qualification**
