- IT degree or equivalent experience
- IT Experience (10-15Years)
- IT Risk Management (5-10 Years)
- IT Emergency Management (5-10 Years)
- Disaster Recovery Management (5-10 Years)
- ITIL qualification
- ISO Qualifications
- IT System Engineering Qualification
- Experience and Business Process Analytics qualification
- E-Sim Management and Operations
- Network experience
- IT Knowledge and qualifications
- Project Management

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- IT-SCM (Service Continuity Management)
- BMC (Business Continuity Management)
- ITIL Processes
- ISO 22301

**ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS**
- Fluent in English including Business reading and writing
- German Speaking advantage (not a pre-requisite)

**ROLE**:

- IT Continuity Process Development and enhancement (Analysis / Develop / Test / Deploy / Improve)
- Consulting on the IT Service Continuity Management (IT-SCM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Availability Management and Crisis Management processes.
- Define, Develop and Execute training of the IT Continuity Management Processes.
- Steering of service providers related to ITSCM Topics.
- Monitoring of IT-SCM Activities within the GROUP Group.
- Interfacing with other experts on IT Service Management.
