**Minimum requirements**:
- Grade 12 (Matric);
- Solid computer literacy a must;
- Knowledge of Patricia will be highly advantageous;
- Good typing and administration skills;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Ability to interpret client information from different sources;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- A strong sense of teamwork;
- Ability to prioritize work efficiently;
- Deadline driven;
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations occurring as a result of workloads and / or deadlines;
- Use initiative and follow through on tasks;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Punctual, flexible and reliable;
- Good work ethics;
- Client focused.
**Key responsibilities of the Patricia Administrator** **will include, but not limited to**:
- Ensuring that all Patricia helpdesk requests are handled efficiently and effectively;
- Ensuring that the opening of new records and updating of existing records are done effectively and accurately;
- Timeous and accurate running of client schedules/reports;
- Ensuring that all Patricia related client queries are resolved timeously;
- Ensuring that Patricia and Elite billing procedures are always followed;
- Ensuring effective communication with all relevant parties;
- Effectively assisting with the renaming and accurate allocation of the bulk Patricia scanned documents as and when required.
