- **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:_
- _**Grade 12 / Degree in Assistant Management or similar field**_
- _**+- 2 Years’ working Experience in cleaning or transport industry.**_
- _**Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Admin / Supervisor or similar role**_
- _**Experience in recruiting and hiring.**_
- _**Experience in evaluating staff.**_
- _**Experience in leadership roles**_
- _**Ability to plan and organize.**_
- _**Understanding of customer service principles and practices**_
- _**Excellent multitasking skills**_
- _**Proficiency in using MS Office**_
- _**Strong problem-solving skills**_
- _**Great interpersonal skills**_
- _**Ability to work well in a team environment.**_
- _**Strong oral and written communication skills**_
- _**Good time-management skills**_
- _**Ability to work well under pressure.**_
