Cold Store Manager

GRV all incoming stock in the coldstore
- GIV all outgoing stock from the coldstore
- Create pallet cards.
- Ensure all filing is done timeously and in order
- Update daily stock report and send to relevant parties.
- Update available bays report and send to management.
- Print all documents needed, Inbound sheets, instruction sheets, outbound sheets and security registers.
- Issue stock and print picking slips.
- Update board for incoming stock (imports)
- Manage non-released stock and COC’s.
- Manage on hold stock.
- Prep samples and paperwork for NRCS collections.
- Assist supervisors where needed.
- Assist with product costing (processing)
- Stock journal movements between locations
- Assist with stock take
- Must be proficient in excel
- Pastel Partner/ SAP experience beneficial
- Any other ad-hoc duties that are required by management.

**3rd**party clients**:

- Liaise with 3rd party customers daily wrt incoming containers, collections and deliveries.
- Prep paperwork for incoming and outgoing loads.
- Colour printing of inspection sheets
- Ensure stock is preloaded.
- Update and send SOH report to third party customers

**Offsite storage**:

- Advise of deliveries/ collections
- Select stock and print picking slips.
- Ensure stock is preloaded and that all paperwork is correct.
- Match GRV’s/ GIV’s with paperwork.
- Recon Stock report.

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Wholesale: 1 year (preferred)
- warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)
