**Professional Sales Representative -located in **_Namibia_**

**Summary of Position**

**Major Activities and Responsibilities**

Liaise and work strategically with healthcare professionals to increase the awareness and use of Organon products in Women’s Health & Established Brands for.
- Hospital Accounts (Private and State)
- Wholesaler Account or
- Pharmacy account setting.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional Knowledge of the Botswana/Namibia Pharma Landscape
- Adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures, and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment, and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.
- Make appointments with and call on all doctors, pharmacists, nursing sisters, wholesalers, pharmacy groups, private and public hospital medical teams relevant to the Therapeutic Fields in which Organon plays. (Face to Face, Virtual, WhatsApp, phone call etc.)
- Planning work schedules in field with HCP’s, Colleagues and Line Manager.
- Administration of day-to-day tasks that might include.
- Expense reimbursement on the company expense submission system
- Budgeting for catering purposes
- Record keeping of appointments and calls on all stakeholders
- Development and refining of customer lists and timeous uploading of such
- CME type activity
- Adverse Event reporting
- POE Submissions if chosen to partake
- Reporting as and if required monthly
- And any other administration deemed necessary by the company at any given time
- Attending all Mandatory company meetings, trainings, technical data presentations and briefings;.
- Add Value to the experience with your customer/HCP by staying on top of and sharing the latest clinical and healthcare trends in your relevant therapeutic field.
- Monitoring competitor activity and marketing trends to ;provide feedback to Sales Manager/ Product Manager.
- Maintaining knowledge of new developments in The National Health Service (NHI) of the specific country you are working in) ,, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly.
- Developing Innovative ways for increasing opportunities to make and stay in contacts with important players in the medical and healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with managers to create effective business plans for driving sales where required.
- Transfer skills by mentoring, teaching and by reverse-mentoring.
- Exceptional Networking Capabilities
- Responsible for reporting adverse experiences or events (AEs), adverse device events (ADEs), product quality complaints (PQCs) and other reportable information, customer feedback (CF), alleged counterfeiting, diversion and tampering (CDT) that they become aware of to the Designated Point of Contact (DPOC)

**Required**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Travel;
- Conduct territory specific required country trips
- Company meetings
- CME type meetings
- Virtual Customer Engagement

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Matric / Grade 12, a tertiary degree or diploma in Medical/ Sciences or related field would be an advantage

**Required Skills**:

- Computer literacy, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficiency on Virtual platforms on Teams, Zoom etc.
- Exceptional communication skills that include Listening skills, Presentation skills and Negotiation skills
- Very good understanding of Market Targeting and Segmentation
- Superior Time Management Skills
