Valor Hospitality Partners is excited to recruit a Camp Manager for one of our clients, a 5* Safari Camp located in a 22,000ha Big 5 Nature Reserve in Limpopo. We are looking for a confident, fun, presentable, and ambitious person who has previous camp management experience.

Detail:
**Responsibilities**:
As the Camp Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service, maintaining the camp's cleanliness and tidiness, and providing an unforgettable guest experience. Other responsibilities include:

- Manage the camp's staff complement
- Monitor stock control and orders
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to the company's SOP's, protocols, and systems
- Assist with managing other camps on the property when the camp is empty
- Stand in for the Hospitality GM when they are on leave
- Liaison with reservations
- Budget conscious

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in camp management
- Good IT skills and proficiency in computer programs
- Ability to manage systems and achieve maximum performance and high standards required of a 5* Lodge
- Prepared to work long hours on occasions
- Ambitious and committed to staying with the position for a good period of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
