The effective collection of adhoc rebates reports from Buying information (related to supplier terms, marketing activities or support from suppliers) and submitted to Pep Finance via an accurate administrative process.

The administrative process must be supported by: a set of documents and control sheets, a clear understanding of the buying cycle, good communication and integration with the buyers, the establishment of a relationship with Pep finance and ways of working, the establishment of relationships with different suppliers and fostering healthy relationships, but yet be firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up an accurate administrative process.
- Have a clear understanding of the buying cycle.
- Establish ways of working with Pep finance.
- Establish supplier relationships.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification is not required, but would be an advantage.
- 5-7 years in an administrative role within a procurement division.
- 3 years of FMCG experience.
- Computer Literate (MS Office, Ms Excel). Google Sheets will be advantageous.
- Organizational and Administration Skills are critical.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Numerical aptitude.
- Logical reasoning ability.
- Flexibility on working outside of traditional working hours.
