We are hiring a Move Manager
**Location**: Edenvale, Gauteng**
Crown Worldwide is looking for a highly motivated, sales and customer service focused team player to join their relocations department supporting private clients to relocate their household goods across the globe.
In this role you will be providing the highest standard of service to our customers in managing the relocation of their household goods, ensuring a positive perception of the company and its services, and securing good feedback. You will liaise with both internal and external parties to coordinate household goods moves and ensure clients personal belongings reach their destination on time and to the highest standard.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Interact with customers, service partners and agents to communicate and supply relevant information regarding the move.
- Maximise and upsell of all sales/insurance opportunities available to the customer.
- Liaise internally with other parts of the Crown organisation to ensure a successful move.
- Understand and support the resolution of any relocation issues arising for the customer.
- Build rapport to better understand the clients’ requirements.
- Updating relevant systems to ensure all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed relating to the move including invoicing and job costing.
- Adhere to the companies ‘reply within 24 hours’ policy on all communications.
- Contribute towards achieving our budgeted profitability of all moves that you manage.
**Professional Skills & Qualifications**
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Logistics/ Sales qualification (graduate Diploma/ Degree)
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
- Proven track record in sales and administration experience
- Proficient in MS Office a MUST
- Deadline driven.
- Attention to detail/high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrable customer service/sales orientated work experience.
- Strong evidence of working towards KPI’s and targets in high-pressure environments
- Clear and precise communication skills essential
- Accurate and organised approach towards work processes
- Able to work autonomously and as a strong team player.
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
