Our Client in Hutt Valley seeks a Full-time Social Worker for their Pacific Health Unit.

**About the Role**:
You will bring expertise in Pacific cultural value systems to address complex health and social needs of Pacific people. Provide crucial support to Pacific patients and families. Act as a key resource for Hutt Hospital's inpatient services.

You'll utilise specialised social assessment skills and actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving high-quality outcomes for Pacific patients and their families. You'll maintain accuracy and timeliness in reporting and support student placements as relevant. Regular cultural and clinical supervision will be ensured under your guidance.

**About Our Team**:

- Multidisciplinary team focused on patient advocacy and support.
- Provide health education, community links, and cultural support.
- Seek to understand and navigate complex social dynamics.

**About You**:

- You must hold a New Zealand Social Work Registration
- Current New Zealand APC and relevant post-graduate study.
- 3-5 years of health experience, driver’s license required
