As a Barista Trainer, you play a crucial role in educating and developing The Bootlegger barista teams. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that team members are well-versed in coffee-related skills and uphold the highest standards of service. Here are the key aspects of the role:
**Education and Training**:

- Conduct prescribed trainings on various coffee-related topics, including introduction to coffee knowledge and practical barista skills
- Foster an atmosphere of learning for both team members and customers.
- Connect teams with the company's mission and core values.

**Technical Requirements**:

- 2+ Years of experience in a barista position.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

**Required Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Adapt at managing and leading teams.

**Minimum Requirements for a Barista Trainer**

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista.
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
