The Plant Metallurgist focuses on measuring and managing the precious metal refinery operation’s efficiencies and develops improvement initiatives for improved plant performance.

- **Process plant knowledge -** good knowledge of processing plants, equipment, sampling and assaying. Familiarity with different materials processing and understand chemistry of materials and ease of processing.

- Develop and implement strategy into achievable steps to achieve budget intentions
- **Report Writing**:

- **Troubleshooting**:

- **Communication**

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Btech, BSc or BEng in either Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related
- Minimum 7 years' experience within a precious metals, manufacturing or similar environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a management level role within Project Management or Operations Management
