- Reduce the business risk of non-collection on overdue accounts
- Manage and maintain clean customer accounts

**Outcomes**:

- Complete training on current processes and understand the nature of the business.
- Ensure that billing processes are adhered to at all times
- Taking care of the business cash flow by ensuring collections are done on time

**Within the 1st Month**
- Familiarise yourself with the internal teams and understand how their role impacts yours

**Within 3 Months**
- Take over customer accounts
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers

**Within 6 Months**
- Resolve all outstanding queries on overdue accounts

**Experience and Qualification**
- Matric Certificate
- Tertiary Financial Qualification or studying towards one is beneficial
- A minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with customers
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar financial role
- Microsoft Office (Including Excel)
- Experience on an ERP accounting system is beneficial
