**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To comply with all Company procedures, rules and codes of practice, in particular, observing confidentiality at all times and security of documents in all matters relating to the Company’s business and people.

**STOCK MANAGEMENT**:

- Record all Bulk Intercompany Invoices into the Navision/SAP system, for bulk importation
- Record all Packaging Material related purchase orders into the Navision/SAP system (Britepak, Inkon, Clarient, Proprint and North-Star)
- Record all Production related Purchase orders
- Record all stock movements, including values, in Navision/SAP
- Reconcile Inventory values and quantities, based on latest unit price
- Reconcile stock losses from UPD, Kiara & Technikon
- Prepare stock losses Claims against TL or UPD.
- Capture in HFM Phase 2 & part 3
- Capturing all Stock (Packaging Material) related purchase orders into the Navision/SAP system (Britepak, Inkon, Clarient, Northstar)

**GENERAL ACCOUNTING**:

- Reconciliation of all intercompany creditors (monthly)
- Submission of timeous intercompany payments
- Clearing and allocation of the intercompany clearing accounts
- Monthly journal processing
- Reconcile & Monitor all Items/Products Cost of Sales (Finished Product Unit Cost build up & Update)
- Capture in HFM Phase 2 & Phase 3 (intercompany and stock)
- Monthly Log fees recon (and validation by the BD Department)
- Assist operational management with the budget/estimate process
- Capture budgets in Polaris (Units, Prices, 3rd party costs and Department expenses)
- Perform adhoc Analysis as required by Management

**INTERNAL CONTROL**
- Assist with development of financial/business Policies and procedures
- Monitoring of internal control processes and alert management of any breaches
- Provide relevant documents to Auditors to satisfy their requirements

Timely, accurate performance of the following activities:

- Entrepreneurial financial mindset: & capacity to identify and improve efficiencies in the Finance department
- Review systems and implement revised processes to improve overall efficiency of the finance department
- Perseverance and resilience - Ability to work with finance department staff on new process to ensure hand holding and roll out is achieved as planned
- Ability to assess quickly, adapt, roll out agreed objectives to improve the finance department need to add more value to other departments

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education:

- Matric
- CIMA qualification
- BCom Finance/ Accounting Degree
- Job Training and Experience:

- Demonstrable computer literacy i.e. MS Office, Finance Systems eg: NAVISON/SAP
- Demonstrable success in academia and/or career with emphasis on continuity, progression and level of attainment
- Previous experience in an Accounting based environment
- Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel at an Intermediate level.
