IT Manager

Our innovative XR education platform offers students an immersive and interactive learning experience, transforming the way education is delivered. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with expertise in AWS cloud to join our team and lead our IT operations.

**Job Description**:
As an IT Manager with expertise in AWS cloud, you will be responsible for managing Nudle's IT infrastructure and ensuring that our technology is reliable, efficient, and secure. You will work closely with the executive team, product team, and other departments to support our business operations and drive innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Nudle's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software on AWS cloud platform.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our technology on AWS cloud.
- Manage Nudle's data storage and backup systems on AWS cloud platform.
- Manage Nudle's help desk and support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues related to AWS cloud.
- Manage relationships with AWS cloud vendors and service providers.
- Develop and maintain IT budgets and forecasts related to AWS cloud.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for new AWS cloud technology investments.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that our technology supports our product roadmap.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity plans for AWS cloud platform.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect Nudle's data and infrastructure on AWS cloud platform.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure and operations on AWS cloud platform.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud computing, server administration, and networking.
- Experience with cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance related to AWS cloud.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with extended reality technology and education is preferred.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month
