**Job Title**: Intermediate Project Manager

**Department**: Projects

**Reporting**: Senior Project Manager/Development Manager

**Summary**:
The Intermediate PM will form part of the development team and work with the Senior PM / Development Manager on various projects. This is an opportunity for a fresh, young mind to learn more advanced principles of project management with residential experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparing any follow-on action recommendations
- Managing project administration
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

**Minimum required Education**
- Bachelor's/Honors/Master’s degree in a related field or Project Management

**Minimum required Professional Experience**
- 2-4 years proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management software tools
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
