**BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS (Brief Summary)**:

- Manage stocks in alignment with business targets and customer requirements
- Ensure that stock counts are performed timeously and as per the frequency specified in company procedures
- Monitor and manage inventory in alignment with the IQV process, ensuring that stock write-offs are mitigated wherever possible
- Compile weekly, monthly, and ad hoc inventory reports
- Identifying supply risks as well as write-off risks
- Support and assist with outbound planning and execution where required
- Support as SME, Store-to-Ship within ERP system
- Must understand GMP, FDA, and EU regulations
- Must have good data-capturing skills
- Mentor, lead and manage staff to ensure inter and intra-department cohesion and teamwork, a culture of performance to set standards and compliance to GMP, SHE, and good corporate governance
- Ensure KPIs are set for all employees and their performance is assessed according to these each year
- Ensure your teams are settled with a low attrition rate and absenteeism is controlled under 2.5%
- Ensure that all staff are fully trained and competent in all related departmental SOPs and tasks
- Manage employee performance to company standards and behaviour in line with company values
- Ensure GMP compliance for the Procurement Department
- Carry out any duty or requirement imposed on the company by the OHS Act

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of grade 12/Matric or a formal tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Warehousing/Inventory Management, as per the NQF framework
- Must be computer literate, MS Windows, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must possess excellent administrative skills and the ability to plan and work logically and systematically
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Chemical Industries
- Experience with inventory management required
- SAP experience advantageous
