Position: Credit Sales Agent

Location: Rosebank (Johannesburg)

Employment status: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our credit products and services.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine eligibility and recommend appropriate credit solutions.
- Present and explain credit options, terms, and conditions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

- A qualification in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of credit principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.
- Certification or licensing in finance or sales is a plus.
