**Qualifications Required**:

- Matric
- Warehouse related qualification
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

**Knowledge Required**:

- Picking and packing procedures
- Labelling procedures
- Product knowledge
- Invoicing and delivery note identification and understanding
- Behaviours and Attitudes
- Cooperative and friendly disposition
- Willingness to assist in all departments.
- Be a team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Meet time constraints.

**Key Result Areas**:
**Picking**
- To pick orders as requested.
- To pack all picked orders in accordance with the rules of YKK.
- To ensure accurate picking.
- To maintain labels on outside of cartons to be legible and accurate as to the contents inside the box.
- To bring any discrepancies to the notice of the Operations Supervisor or Durban Operations Branch Manager as soon as they are evident.

**Receipting**
- To ensure no unauthorised personnel accesses the stores.
- To receive any shipment/delivery from outside supplier and ensure documentation matches the goods being delivered.
- To receive any shipment from YKK companies and ensure the paperwork matches the shipment being received.

**General**
- Maintain areas as listed above in a clean, tidy and healthy condition at all times.
- To maintain depot 11 in an organized manner at all times, ensure correct bin locations are followed, using 6S and Lean principles.
- To assist the Operations Supervisor, Receptionist or Durban Operations Branch Manager in general duties that may be required from time to time.
- To ensure accurate filing of all documentation that requires filing.

**Other**
- To look after the assets of YKK.

**Added Tasks**
- To ensure cycle counting is done on a daily basis.
- Second stage check and recording.
- Ensure Bin allocations and rotation of stock are followed every time a new shipment is received.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
