Implementation of Aid for AIDS Clinical Guidelines for Medical Schemes and Corporate Clients

**Experience**:
Two to three (2-3) years experience in HIV/AIDS Disease Management or Managed Health Care

**Qualifications**:
BPharm and registered with the relevant health professions council.

- Accurately assess medicine benefit forms and process according to clinical guidelines
- Assess pharmaceutical updates according to procedure and intervene where applicable
- Correctly maintain and update patient profiles
- Ensure treatment plans are technically accurate and communicated with patients and doctors
