**Responsibilities**
- Maintain updated catalogue and OEM price list based on latest local and international Supplier pricing
- Costing and establishing of updated, accurate BOM's on Excel and Visual, of all new and existing products
- Real time costing of standard and non-standard units as required by Sales Department for quotation purposes
- Maintain materials price list on Excel with weighted averages of materials and imported materials
- Update/refresh sales costing tools weekly
- Perform regular checks on all sales costing tools establishing that correct costing data Is pulling through from database
- Costing comparisons between estimate costing and actual costing
- Perform daily spot checks of GPs on sold goods and investigate variances
- Constantly improve costing methods, systems, programs, and efficiency
- Maintain visual
- Create part ids in Visual
- Sales order corrections as needed
- Fix links on sales orders that have been increased or changed
- Run stock take on visual
- Maintain and cross reference WIP values
- Update prices in Visual
- Update and customize Visual reports
- Build masters
- Continuous updating and improvement of the system
- Fix stock issues
- Fix problems with invoicing and incorrect orders loaded
- Ordering material (requisitions)
- Issuing files
- Entering COAs

**Minimum Requirements**
- **_Relevant B Co_**m Degree or Costing Diploma**:

- **_Registered for CIMA modules / Completed ACMA_**:

- **_Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the Costing Division of a large manufacturing organisation_**:

- Advanced Excel
- Infor Visual essential
