**Baker | Kruger Park Area | Luxury Lodge Group**:
The **BAKER** will be required to assist with facilitating the production of pastries, bread and desserts, while promoting the company goals of Guest service and satisfaction, teamwork and operations
**Key Focus Areas**:
- Ability to produce bread and other baked goods using manual and/or industrial processes
- Training
- Knowledge of raw materials for dough preparation times and procedures and various baking techniques
- Knowledge of recipes and production techniques for bread and baked goods
- Ability to operate electric and gas ovens
- Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations for food preparation
- Ability to multitask
- Physical strength and stamina
- Organizational and planning skills
- Willingness to work nights
- Sound knowledge and understanding of all dietary and religious requirements
- Good knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control
**Requirements, Qualifications and Skills**:
- Grade 12
- formal qualification from a reputable culinary institution
- excellent grasp of the English language and communication skills - essential
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Baker
- A quick innovative thinker with great people skills, diplomacy and able to remain focused but professional

- Basic salary will be discussed during interviews
