**Salary**:

- R16 000 per month

- Must have own reliable transport
- Computer Literate (Tech Savvy)
- Very active on LinkedIn
- Proficient in MS Office
- Systems Orientated
- Ability to multitask and juggle many balls at any given time

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for customer satisfaction and cultivation
- Coordinate operational activities to improve customer experience and strengthen corporate processes across onboarding, support, customer experience, and customer communications
- Maintain and expand relational footprint within assigned
- Maintain the accuracy of customer documentation in all aspects
- Serve as the mediation point across all defined areas of
- Communicate (phone calls, in-person visits) with clients for the purposes of our ongoing quality assurance plan.
- Responsible for posting job listings as well as the management of incoming inquiries
- Assisting the director with any and all personal assistant duties when required
