To maintain invoice capturing onto the Operating system and that all GRV’s are done accurately and timeously.

Responsible for stock processing and month end stock takes with HOD’s within Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Maintenance as needed. Monitor and control profit goals as outlined in the departments operating plans and budgets. The primary focus of this position is processing of admin, yet guests service will form part of the admin processors duties.

**Description**:
Experience in Hospitality and/or Administration positions - Minimum of 2 to 3 years

Sound knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and stock control.

Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, Pastel and Hospitality Operating Systems

Sound knowledge of company financial procedures

Excellent attention to detail, excellent hygiene principles

Guest focus philosophy

Good communication skills (written and verbal), practicing honest communication.

Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control

Excellent time management and self-discipline

Proactive, use initiative and creative flair when required.

Committed and loyal, adaptable, and flexible
