You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Understanding of Network protocols
Networking knowledge is required (Fibre Routers, Wi-Fi Access Points)
Helpdesk knowledge and experience dealing with users and understanding how to deliver clear and effective IT Support Services
Network Cabling, Wireless configuration, and management
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Backups
Hardware troubleshooting
Software Installations
Remote support
Hardware installation
Understanding User requirements Desktop / Laptop setup
Printing/Scanning support (IP Printing, shared network printing, local printers)
Virus and Malware detection, prevention
Update internal systems with all work carried out
Installation of new computer systems and solutions
Training customers on installed computer systems and software programs
Support, troubleshoot and resolution of call outs relating to installed - software and hardware programs on customer site
Finding solutions and adapting software for best use within the customer environment
Matric
CompTIA A+ & N+ Certification will be adv.
Knowledge of: Computer / Laptop Hardware, troubleshooting, backup solutions, Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft 365, Network administration and cabling, CCTV (Analogue & IP), Ubiquite, MikroTik, Windows networking experience
Good understanding of Microsoft products
Valid Driver’s License
Understanding and passion for the industry
Ability to work independently and within a team
Customer Service Orientated
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
