As the Campaign Coordinator, you’ll work with top-brand clients to help bring their campaigns to. Your goal will be to work closely with all the relevant stakeholders to schedule and coordinate every step of various in-store marketing campaigns. As a key role player, your success will ensure every campaign flows effortlessly from start to finish, and that every campaign is strictly executed according to the relevant timeline.

**Requirements**:
- *Matric/Grade 12.
- *At least 2 years’ marketing or project management experience in a role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
- *A marketing-related qualification would be advantageous.
- *Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

**Duties**:
- Throughout every campaign’s journey, you’ll be responsible for:
- *Coordinating in-store marketing campaigns.
- *Ensuring all campaigns scheduled for printing are booked timeously.
- *Chasing artwork and final artwork approvals for all upcoming campaigns.
- *Communicating respective delivery dates to all the relevant stakeholders.
- *Ensuring media delivery takes place as scheduled.
- *Ensuring all electronic and manual campaign filing is updated.
- *Keeping the relevant business units and Account Managers updated on the status of various campaigns in real-time.
- *Campaign reporting.
- *Invoicing.
- *Loading campaigns on our internal systems.
- *Problem-solving and implementing preventative measures on problematic campaigns.
- *Monitoring and tracking digital campaigns.
