High end luxury game reserve based in Kruger National Park is looking for a Villa Manager to run the Villa and host all guests. At a time when the villa is not being used, the Villa Manager will work in the Lodge area including and not limited to Front of House, Curio, Reception, Hosting. The Villa Manager will oversee the operations of the 8 sleeper villa and a small staff including a Chef / Butler / Tracker & Guide.

Responsible for:

- Providing an exceptional Guest Experience
- General Front of House
- Guest facing
- Hosting
- Reception
- Villa room orientation
- Room Checks

**Requirements**:

- No less than 3 years’ experience in a 5* lodge environment
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Computer literate
