**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research on companies and industries to gain a better understanding of the market
- Analyze financial statements and other reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to determine potential investment opportunities for clients
- Develop financial models to assess the fair value of companies
- Provide guidance to traders on market trends and investment opportunities
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust investment strategies accordingly
- Communicate investment recommendations to clients and provide ongoing support

**Requirements**:

- Completed CFA
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in equity research
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large data sets
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Familiarity with various investment strategies and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
