**CO-ORDINATOR**

**Duties & Responsibilities of a Co-ordinator**:

- Pack/plate customer orders as per our Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and customers receive their orders on time
- Respond to customer queries and record customer complaints
- Drive in-store promotions and upselling
- Excellent customer service
- Maintain front of house area as per store health standards
- Assist other staff when required
- Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward

**Requirements**:

- Restaurant and Fast Food Service experience. Minimum 1 year related experience required
- GAAP POS experience and knowledge advantageous
- Excellent Customer Service and good verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
