**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

Our client is a well-established and reputable multi-franchised dealership, and they are looking for an experienced and dependable Workshop Foreman. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed, while prioritising and assigning repair and maintenance tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will also be required to assist with diagnosing complex automotive issues and play a supportive role to the Service Manager. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 3 years of recent Foreman experience in a franchised dealership and have contactable references.

**Job Requirements**

Must be a Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician.

Must have at least 3 years of RECENT Foreman experience in a franchised motor dealership

Must be computer literate.

A stable working history

Reliable and contactable references

**Qualifications**

Motor Mechanics Certificate

A valid Drivers License
