Junior IT Technician

A vacant position of Junior IT Technician needs to be filled in the IT department. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Assist employees with technology issues.
- Reports network interruptions and server outages
- Troubleshoot system errors and failures,
- Scans for and remove computer viruses.
- Repairs and maintain computers and laptops,
- Monitors support requests and document all processes,
- Develop and maintain preventive measures to avoid internet-related interruption.
- Maintain working components through repair or replacement
- Assist call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- A Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology / or equivalent
