Our company is looking to fill the role of a Case Management Agent, with automotive experience, to be based at our offices in Sunninghill.

Skills required:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Post matric qualification in the call centre industry, advantageous
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, of which 1 year must strictly be in the automotive industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Interpret information provided by the First Call Resolution (FCR) team and process accordingly, in line with customer's needs and relevant turnaround times
- Resolve customer queries speedily and efficiently, in line with company policies
- Facilitate the case management process and involve all relevant role players (parts, technical, warranty etc)
- Be proactive and make well informed and decisions
