**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and testing system components.
- Monitor system performance and adjust controls to ensure optimal efficiency.
- **Repairs**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, sensors, and compressors.
- Test repaired systems to ensure they operate at peak performance.
- **Installations**:

- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
- Interpret blueprints and technical manuals to ensure proper installation.
- Configure and program system controls for efficient operation.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to company and industry safety standards, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports.
- Recommend system upgrades or replacements to improve energy efficiency and meet client needs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and recommend solutions.
- Provide professional and courteous service while on-site.

Pay: Up to R12 500,00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HVAC: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- TRADE TEST CERTIFICATE AND DRIVERS LICENCE (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
