Logistics Administrator

Job functions & Duties (Not Limited to the following)
- Collect and check delivery documentation.
- Reconcile all receipts and paperwork from drivers.
- Communicate with customers to ensure correct paperwork provided.
- Monitoring fleet to ensure optimal service delivery (update clients accordingly)
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Liaise and assist Finance team with invoicing.
- Engage in ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.
- General Administration
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant role (in similar role)
Office administration qualification (compulsory)
Proficient computer literacy(e.g Ms Office)
Key Competencies
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Planning and Organizing
Prioritizing (time management)
Proficient problem solving and assertiveness skill
Information gathering
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to work independently and as a team
Costomer Service Orientation
**Salary**: R9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelors (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Logistics administration: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
