Kashew Restaurant, located at The Catalyst Hotel in Sandton is searching for a Snr Sous or Exec Chef.

We are looking for a Restaurant Sous or Head Chef, with experience in innovative stand alone or wine farm restaurant experience. Someone you would recommend to an Eat Out Top 20 restaurant. Hotel experience is not required, they will learn. The restaurant is being treated as a stand-alone element of the hotel and our target market is affluent non-residents of the surrounding area, so we need to a chef who can impress experienced palates. We’re not doing fine dining, but high-end bistro which fine dining experience will be beneficial for.

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant Sous or Head Chef: 2 years (preferred)
