**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12 senior certificate
- Reliable transport and driver's license
- 3 years working experience in a Buyer role
- MS Office and Syspro experience
- Must arrange cash payments to non-account suppliers
- Delivery/collection arrangements
- Check supplier documentation against purchase orders on receipt of goods
- Issuing of GRNs
- Issuing of captured invoices and purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers
- Must capture pricing by means of a bill of material/costing sheet
- Must purchase Personal Protective Equipment for staff
- Must maintain the PPE register
- Must request MSDS sheets from suppliers for chemical use
