**Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (will be advantageous)
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Viticultural management skill
- Minimum 5 years proven management and farm management experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong managerial skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Hands on team player
- Willingness and ability to execute administrative tasks
- Experience with budget planning, costing and financial forecasting & control
- Monthly reporting, budget & cashflow forecasting, asset & inventory management
- Accreditations/certifications (IPW, SAWIS), and ethical audits (WIETA)
- Proficient level of computer literacy MS Office, Excel, Ezy, WineMS
- Effective cost control
- Teamwork & leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Familiar with labour practices, Health and Safety and IPW rules and regulations
- Time management skills
- Problem solving and decisional skills
- Sound mechanical skills (basic service & maintenance of machinery & equipment & infrastructure including irrigation systems)
- Excellent communication and human relations skills
- Valid driver’s license code 10 and PDP
- Willing & flexible to work extended hours
- Willing to assist with general duties as requested by management
