We currently have an opening for a Junior Administrator.

**Duties**

To work across the Admin team supporting as required.

To answer general telephone and face to face enquiries, confirming bookings telephonically and managing bookings.

To undertake routine administration tasks.

To operate computerised records/information/communication systems.

To sort and distribute mail as directed.

To provide personal, administrative and organisation support to other staff.

To operate general office equipment e.g. photocopier/computer.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Attend and participate in relevant meetings, training and other learning activities and performance development as required.

Be aware of and comply with companypolicies and procedures.

The above duties and responsibilities are not exclusive and the incumbent may be required to undertake further duties as may reasonably be expected.

**Hours of work**

Monday-Friday 07h00-16h00

Saturdays 07h00-12h00

**Salary Package**

**R5000-R5500 per month**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
