**So, what will you do?**

**Deal Breakers**:

- A minimum of 5 years as a UX Writer/Copwriter.
- At least 5 years of experience in UX content writing for digital products.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a product team and collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
- Experience in conversational design and developing chatbots or voice interfaces.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.

**What does the role entail?**

**UX Writing**:

- Design all product interfaces and automated message copy.
- Ensure that copy provides customers with guidance, context and comprehension of content
- Ensure that copy is clear, consistent, user-centric, within our band tone and incorporates elements of storytelling where relevant.
- Participate in user research and validation to inform and validate UX writing hypotheses.
- Develop conversational designs that enable natural and efficient interactions between users and digital products.
- Ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.

**Content Strategy**:

- Design and manage our product copy strategy.
- Disseminate and communicate our copy strategy.
- Design and manage copy guidelines that are easy to understand and implement for anyone in the Product team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content design and conversational design.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with Product Designers, Product Owners, Researchers, Marketers and Copyrighters to deliver on UX writing outputs.
- Ensure that content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Independently manage stakeholders expectations across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the product team to create clear and concise content that is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and style.
- Manage priority of work, with the oversight of the Product Design Manager.
