**Job Title: Professional Construction Manager**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to project plans and specifications.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Professional certification (SACPCMP)
