We at RCL FOODS are in search for a **Van Sheet Clerk **to join our **Baking** Division. The role will be based in **Vaal Depot** and report to the **Depot Controller**.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Processing internal documents accurately to ensure an accurate Driver reconciliation is generated (Credit notes, credit returns, manual invoices, short loads)
Ensure that route is balancing on QtyBalDiff report
Ensure that capturing of Driver recon documents are done daily
Assisting Telesales with Drivers' bulk route orders (if needed)
Assisting with the processing of sales orders when needed
Perform daily Driver changes as per procedure
Reporting on price differences
Filing of van sheets and invoices
Ensure that Driver recons are signed daily
Ensure that Driver's payment has been processed
Assist Drivers with queries
Check all outstanding POD's on QDocs exception report and follow up with relevant Driver/s
Ensure that all generated credit notes are attached to the actual claims

**Minimum Requirements**:
Grade 12
Accounting qualification will be an added advantage
2 years' experience in FMCG/ Retail environment
MS Office proficient
